Steel Frames Our tube frame design using 1 3/8" steel frame rails is the most economical frame system on the market today. Our customers can avoid the high costs of frieght shipping by purchasing their frame tubing at a local fence supplier. We supply all the necessary tube lengths and detailed instructions. Standard Frame: This style attaches directly to the trailer toprail. You must have a tall trailer and a minimum of 12" space between the door opening and the top rail.

Inside the standard steel frame - 15 foot wide:

Above Trailer Frame: This style is attached to the toprail similar to the standard frame. We use an upright bracket to raise the frame above the trailer roof. This is necessary to assure for proper water run-off and clear your side door. With this style frame we can design a fifteen foot wide awning on any enclosed trailer.

Offset Peak Frame: If you require a wider awning on your gooseneck trailer we use the offset peak style. This frame achieves a steeper slope for increased water run-off and better visibility of graphics on the roof. This style of awning is also ideal for trailers with vendor doors or tall side doors used with engine hoists, or some stacker style trailers.

If you tow a semi or transporter that is over eleven foot tall you should consider the aluminum frame awnings.

For awnings of 15 feet in width and more we recommend the aluminum frame awnings due to the light weight of the awning and the features that allow for easier set up.

With the aluminum frame, we offer strong billet aluminum ends and fasteners. You have the option to order your frame rafters with quick hook connectors. They allow you to connect the frame to your trailer with most designs allowing you to not get on the trailer roof! We use a rectangular 2 x 3 rafter. You can order air lines or electric in these rafters.

When you order wall panels, they will be numbered and use heavy duty zippers for ease of use. We offer wall panels that either zip off, or will roll up, and zip-off. We also offer two color wall panels. Features of our Aluminum Frame Awnings The framework of our aluminum awnings consist of custom extruded tubing, with radiuses corners. All the ends pieces, and joints are billet aluminum. The frames are custom coated to eliminate oxidation.

Banner railers are an option, with or without the walls. Easy to mount quick hooks are available for the rafters. This makes set-up a one man job! Easy to adjust footplates are standard equipment on the aluminum frames. Convenient air lines and power take offs are an option in the awning frames.

Tilt-up Aluminum Frame Awning: Important information for owners with a shorter trailer: The best way to mount an aluminum awning to a short trailer is by using a tilt-up framework. The tilt-up transforms your low profile trailer into a mounting surface comparable to a big rig! When mounted to the tilt-up frame, the awning will have more headroom and a better slope for drainage. It is just like walking under an awning on a semi.

	Weight Bags The most economical way to tie down a smaller canopy is with a Vinyl Weight Bags on every corner of the frame. We also sell the anchor straps. Call for pricing
	Weight Jugs These 15 gallon formed plastic containers with handles are a quick, and easy way to tie down larger canopies, such as our custom awnings. Fill the containers when you arrive at the event, I just carry a short garden host, and move the full containers with a small wagon, or golf cart, they weigh about 120 pounds when full of water. Our canopies have D-rinds at each leg to tie onto a Weight Jug using a ratchet tie down strap. See below for the covers.
	Weight Jug Covers We make slip on covers for your water containers, they are vailable in a variety of colors to match the awnings. The covers are water , and stain resistant. These are custom built items, so please allow for build time.
	9x12 Checkered Canopy Mats The checkered canopy mats are built from a woven fabric that allows rain water to run thru, they are fast drying. Perfect for placement in front of your trailer, or RV. Door. The mats are durable, and hold their color well, expect to get several seasons of use from a checkered mat.
	Table Covers We build custom table covers, the ones shown in this picture are service table covers. Available in an easy to clean vinyl material, the logos are digitally printed into the fabric for long life, and easy cleaning. We just need to know your table size. A variety of custom printing , and colors are available.
	Tubing Bag Many customers have requested a long carry bag to store the canopy poles, this polyester bag is reinforced with a durable reinforced vinyl material on the bottom, and ends. Bags have carry handles sewn, and reinforced at both ends. The large Velcro opening top panels are easy to load with your tubing, make carry, and storage much simpler.
